Terms of Sale

These terms govern all sales of research products by Vialoxa Ltd. ("Vialoxa"). By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Research Use Policy.

Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Vialoxa. We may decline any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling exclusive of VAT and shipping.

Delivery

Orders are shipped from our UK facility using tracked, temperature- controlled couriers. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. Please inspect all shipments on receipt and report any discrepancy within seven days.

Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research reference standards, we do not accept returns except where the product has been mis-shipped or fails to meet the specifications set out in its Certificate of Analysis.

Warranty

Vialoxa warrants that each product will meet the published specifications at the time of shipment. This is the sole and exclusive warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
