You should not have to take purity on faith.
Every Vialoxa lot is characterised and documented before it reaches your bench - identity by mass spectrometry, purity by reverse-phase HPLC, and a certificate that belongs to your lot number alone.
What is actually on the paperwork.
Every order ships with a certificate of analysis for the exact lot supplied. It records the identity checks, the measured purity, and the specification each result was tested against - so nothing is left to interpretation.
- Purity is not identity
A high HPLC figure only tells you the main peak is dominant. Mass spectrometry is what confirms the peak is the sequence on the label. We report both, every lot.
- Net peptide content matters
Lyophilised material carries counter-ions and residual moisture. Net peptide content tells you how much peptide is actually in the vial, so your dosing maths holds between batches.
- Lot-specific, never generic
A certificate carried over from an earlier batch tells you nothing about the vial in your hand. Ours is generated for the lot number printed on your label.
| Test | Specification | Result |
|---|---|---|
| HPLC purity | ≥ 99.0% | 99.4% ✓ |
| Mass-spec identity | Conforms | Confirmed ✓ |
| Net peptide content | Report | 92.7% ✓ |
| Moisture (Karl Fischer) | < 5.0% | 3.1% ✓ |
| Appearance | White lyophilised cake | Conforms ✓ |

Six steps, documented every time.
Nothing leaves the facility uncharacterised. Each lot moves through the same pipeline, in the same order, with the same release criteria.
Solid-phase peptide synthesis under controlled conditions with vetted UK and EU partners, then cleaved and purified to specification.
Preparative reverse-phase HPLC removes truncated and deletion sequences until the lot meets our release specification.
Molecular mass is confirmed by MALDI-TOF or ESI mass spectrometry against the theoretical mass for the sequence.
Analytical reverse-phase HPLC quantifies purity on the specific lot and reports the figure to one decimal place.
Lyophilised, filled under inert atmosphere into borosilicate vials, crimp-sealed and protected from light.
Each lot is released against its certificate and dispatched from the UK or EU, typically within 24 hours.

Keep the material as good as the certificate.
Store at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light. Stable for the shelf life printed on the certificate.
Lyophilised material tolerates ambient transit; refrigerate on arrival and freeze for long-term storage.
Handle under aseptic laboratory conditions. Reconstituted material has a materially shorter working life.
Archive the certificate against the lot number so results remain traceable to the material used.

Crimp-sealed and light-protected, vial by vial.

Not a reseller - tested and documented lot by lot.
